I have personally inspected the boat and have been impressed with her excellent condition. A qualified marine surveyor would find very little to dislike about the boat. The owners are understandably proud of her state and indicate that at a mutually agreeable price, they will deliver the vessel ‘defect-free’. I've been asked, 'What does she need?'. The seller states that although the common area is air conditioned, the sleeping cabins are only heated, as it was formerly operated only in Canadian waters.
