$249,000 USD

FENWAY is an exceptionally well equipped and cared for late model Tartan 3700CCR. This beautiful second owner, 2007 Tartan 3700 CCR exhibits the passion Tartan Yachts has to deliver the best sailboats. Recognizing that a 37' boat was the sweet spot for many sailors and their families, Tartan has been building a 37' model since 1976, culminating with the 3700CCR and ending in 2017 after 713 hulls. When the 3700 was introduced in 2000, Tartan once again exceeded all expectations and was rewarded with Cruising World's Best Midsize Cruiser as well as Sail Magazine's Top 10 awards. From the desk of Tim Jackett, the sweeping lines, perfect proportions and contemporary styling display an ideal blend of performance and tradition. The beauty of a Tartan doesn't stop with the fast and stable performance or the graceful exterior lines. Step below and you will immediately appreciate the hand-crafted solid cherry interior, raised panel hardwood locker doors, dovetail joiner work on the drawers and overall beauty and the well thought out use of space.

The carbon fiber rig is stronger, lighter and stiffer than an aluminum mast and can carry a greater sail area while vastly improving sailing performance. Each Tartan is a fast, highly competitive performer capable of offshore passage making.

FENWAY's Leisure Furl boom, CCR rig with its self-tacking jib and electric winches make short or single-handing a breeze and a joy to sail. With her Leisure Furl Boom, self-tacking jib, electric primary and housetop winches, FENWAY is easily handled by a couple or even single-handed. She sails exceptionally well and accommodates two couples or a family with all the comforts of home. Her interior is finished in a warm cherry, with solid cherry doors, cabinets and drawer fronts; the interior is roomy, with tan ultra-suede cushions in the salon; she is bright and airy, air-conditioned and has six opening hatches and fifteen opening ports, all with screens and shades.

With only 1621 pampered hours on the engine, FENWAY's previous as well as current owners have used her sparingly- and she has been exceptionally well maintained and cared for. FENWAY shows more like a 3-year-old boat than a 13-year-old one! Her current owners have decided to explore life with a powerboat and are moving on.

FENWAY is in the water here in Annapolis, ready to go and shows extremely well- you won't be disappointed! Call the listing broker today and schedule an appointment to come see her today- she won't last long!

ACCOMMODATIONS

Master stateroom: The berth in the master stateroom is a very comfortable 80"x 26"x80". There are six drawers beneath the bunk as well as matching cedar-lined lockers, each with shelving and hanging storage. Above each is a fiddled shelf area that continues down along the hullside. Lighting and ventilation are provided by two overhead hatches, two opening ports, a Hella fan, two overhead lights and two reading lights. The headroom in the master stateroom is 6'1".

Saloon: The settee on port is forward of the nav and 5'11" long. There is tankage beneath the seat cushions and storage behind the seatbacks. The starboard settee has a slide-out insert to convert it to a 75"x 46" long berth. There is storage behind the seatbacks and tankage and machinery below. On both sides are fiddled shelf spaces above the seatbacks, two sliding-door lockers above those and two large lockers aft of those. The starboard locker has plenty of bottle storage. The locker on port has shelf space and conceals the stereo. There is a pass-through window between the forward end of the dinette and the forward stateroom, which can be opened for even better air circulation through the cabin. On centerline, is a cherry drop-leaf dinette table that can comfortably seat five or six; two drawers are located beneath the table. Two posts on the aft end of both settees and 2 housetop mounted grab rails make it quite safe moving throughout the cabin underway. Lighting and ventilation are provided by eight overhead lights, two reading lights, four opening ports and two opening hatches. The headroom in the saloon is 6'2".

Nav station: The nav station faces forward and is located on port at the base of the companionway. The cherry tabletop is fiddled and large enough to easily accommodate a chartbook. There are four drawers located beneath the table as well as ample storage beneath the tabletop. Hinged instrument and electrical panels are located above and outboard of the table. Lighting and ventilation are provided by three overhead lights, a swing arm map light, a Dorade vent, a Hella fan and an opening port. The headroom at the Nav is 6'2".

Head: The spacious head is located on port and aft of the nav station. As you enter, the sink and toilet are to starboard and the separate shower stall compartment is aft of that. There is a storage locker beneath the sink and five lockers with shelves lining the hullside. The two lockers above the sink have mirrors and cab be positioned to tilt up towards you. The shower compartment has a molded fiberglass non-skid seat and has starboard lockers below and above it. Lighting and ventilation is great in this space, with three overhead lights, an overhead hatch and two opening ports. Headroom is 6'1".

Galley:

The galley is located on starboard at the base of the companionway and is well suited for off-shore food prep. The sink cabinet is toward the centerline by the stairs and has nice, deep double sinks. There is a flip-up counter extension on the forward end of it, a tall cherry backsplash with handholds above and behind the sink and a double door locker beneath it.

Aft of the dinette, the counter space that extends out from the hullside has a tip-out trash can with locker storage beneath it on the outermost end. Moving towards the hull is the refrigerator/freezer space, with a gas-assist lid and a large front-opening door. The interior of the icebox has a teak grate shelf, which allows for optimal airflow. Above the counter over the end is a double door locker with shelves. Continuing aft is the stove, which has shelf storage beneath it for pots and pans and spice racks above and behind the stove. Aft of the stove is a counter space with a shelving locker and four drawers beneath, and a double door locker above with shelf space and the microwave. Lighting and ventilation in the galley are provided by six overhead lights, a Dorade vent, two opening ports and a Hella fan. Headroom in the galley is 6'1".

Aft stateroom:

Entry to the aft stateroom is through the galley on starboard. As you enter, there is a large cedar-lined hanging locker and a double door locker with shelves aft of that. A fiddled shelf runs along the hull side and there is more shelf space on top of the engine box. The berth is 2" shy of a Queen, at 78" x 60" x 53". Lighting and ventilation in the aft stateroom is great, with three overhead lights, a reading light, a Hella fan, four opening ports and an overhead hatch. Headroom in here is 6'1".
