INTRODUCTION
KISMET is in excellent condition. She has seen only limited summertime use and continuous service by Hinckley Yacht Services and Portsmouth Yacht Refit Center since new. She is being offered for sale by her second owner, a yachting family that has lovingly and expertly maintained and updated her with a new generator, air conditioning, Garmin electronics, refrigeration, stern seating, canvas/Eisenglass, cockpit sun awning, underwater lights and a new helm dash.

VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
The interior is open and uncluttered. Starting forward is a V-berth with filler to covert to a large double. There are numerous shelves, drawers and storage lockers and two hanging locker lined with cedar. Aft of the V-berth to starboard is a dinette with teak table that lowers to convert to a double. There is another cedar lined hanging locker aft.
GALLEY
The galley is located aft to port. Equipment includes a Norcold 110/12v refrigerator (new, 2021), Kenyon electric stove top, GE microwave oven with shelf, pressurized fresh water system, a 6-gallon stainless steel hot water tank with 110v element and heat exchanger, stainless sink with Grohe faucet, and white Corian countertops.
HEAD
Aft of the galley is a head with shower. It is fitted with a fresh water marine toilet and holding tank system with a Tankwatch III Monitor. Highlights include a stainless sink with a Grohe shower faucet, a cherry framed mirror, white Corian counter, chrome fixtures and a removable shower grate. An opening port provides light and ventilation.
The cabin interior has solid cherry trim, locker frames, drawer fronts and corner posts with hand rubbed varnish finish; a cherry hull ceiling with hand rubbed finish; roller-bearing drawer slides with kroon flush positive latches; a varnished teak and holly cabin sole with satin finish and padded fabric overhead panels.
BRIDGE DECK
Located two steps up and forward of the cockpit, the bridge deck serves as the prime entertainment area on the Little Harbor Express. The state-of-the-art helm station (new varnished dash, 2022) is located forward and to starboard, with full electronics and instrumentation and a leather Stidd helm chair. Forward to port is a customized teak chart table. An L-settee seats four comfortably with a tapered teak table and cover. A removable seat back can be used by the co-helmsman/ navigator. Alternatively the table can be removed altogether to make room for a crowd.
Behind the helmsman's seat is cooler with Sunbrella cushion that provides additional seating, as well as quick access to cold drinks. All other cushions are off-white Ultraleather.
