ALTAIR is a VERY CLEAN updated Moorings M405 - 3-cabin version of the popular Beneteau Oceanis 400, with air conditioning, dodger, and bimini. A Bahamas-friendly shoal draft at 5'6". Forward is a Pullman berth with an ensuite head. Her nav station is forward-facing with handy electronics nearby. Aft are two good size sleeping cabins and a separate head/shower compartment. The large port side Galley was completely redone in 2013. With an in mast furling Mainsail and roller furling Genoa this is an easy boat for a couple to sail.

The Oceanis 400 aka M405 Moorings is still very popular because of the Great cruising layout. Forward is the ensuite head that is surprisingly spacious, well lit, with adequate ventilation. Finished in easy-to-keep-clean surfaces, . Aft to starboard is an offset Pullman-style berth for two. This arrangement makes possible a settee, opposite to port, with a hanging locker next to the settee. The salon has a full galley to port, with the dinette and settee to starboard. The forward-facing nav station follows to starboard, with another head compartment opposite to port. Two double cabins flank either side of the companionway.
