Words cannot start to express the condition of this vessel. The owner has not only upgraded almost every major system he has made improvements on these systems. Nothing but the top-of-the-line equipment were used in these processes. For example, his captain chair was a little uncomfortable, so he went out and had it replaced with a Lebroc chair. A custom Kenyon grilling station with two draws was added after removing the small sink in the cockpit. A new oversize cockpit refrigerator was also added at this time.
The overboard side water discharges from the 5 new and some upgraded to larger btu air conditioners and generator have been re-engineered into a sound shield and water manifold system along the engine room port side and then discharges at water level at the stern of the vessel to eliminate almost all discharge overboard sounds. Sitting at the dock with the systems running is almost silent.
He had the generator lifted and replaced on lead sound baffling mats to eliminate almost all vibration. The ac pumps have been upgraded to higher PSI pumps to help the cooling system aboard the boat.
The 2019 electronics were taken off and replaced with all touch screen Garmin and included Garmin phantom open array radar, Flir, Auto pilot, chain counter, twin VHF radios and antennas, spotlight, windlass, sat tv, Wi-Fi, antennae, and back up and engine cameras.
The vessel also has bow and stern thrusters making docking a breeze, but wait the owner even added Dockmate docking systems that also controls the thrusters, engines, and windlass. You can drive the boat from the cockpit or bow. No money was speared in this vessel. The horn was eliminated a compressor added to the system and he hooked it up to his VHF radio for Foggy days and I can tell you, one can hear it from miles away. This past year he traveled up to Maine and cruised for a month or so and he added a water maker which will make up to 400 gallons per day! Have a long day traveling then fill up the tanks and wash the boat down at anchor or mooring, you will have plenty. The anchor pulpit was also modified to accommodate a Spade 180/ 99lb, once this is in the ground you can sleep comfortable! Speaking of sleeping a custom-made mattress was brought in for the master bedroom.
The 2019 Zodiac 10'6 hard bottom tender with a 20hp Yamaha which sits perfectly on the freedom lift which gets painted yearly will also go with the sale of the vessel. These are just a touch of the upgrades and modification the owner has made. I can go on and on and will when we hear from you.
The owner also has a very well documented spreadsheet of every dollar that has gone into the boat since owner ship and once you come to visit, we can share with you.
The Volvo D12's have had yearly services and last year after cooler services. He has spared no expense on the engines and generator upkeep. We have all the paperwork also we can share at time of visit.
The engine room is pristine, and he knows his way around it.
If you are looking for a truly turnkey boat (I hate using this expression, but I know this owner and the boat very well) look no further and come, take a look. This one will blow you away. With the boat being waxed twice a year and ceramic coated seasonally you will understand the love and passion the owner has for this vessel and will be heart-broken to let it go but will be happy to get on to his next vessel and start the next chapter exploring New England.

The Silverton 48 Convertible hull lines, drawn by Donald Blount & Associates, have been designed to handle the rigors of the Atlantic Ocean, in which Silverton water-tests their boats. With a sharp entry and wide beam, the 48 will perform safely and comfortably in most sea conditions. Modern styling combines with safety and utility topsides. A wide, molded stairway leads from the expansive cockpit to the command bridge, making access safe and easy, even in a seaway. Visibility is excellent at all points from the helm and there is plenty of comfortable seating for the mate and guest on the bridge. Wide side decks and open foredeck have molded diamond non-skid for sure footing and an oversize stainless steel bow rail adds to the security. Offering three staterooms and two heads along with an entertainment-sized salon and full service galley, the 48 will take comfort aboard to a higher level. Standard equipment will include a custom hardtop, upgradeable entertainment systems, top-of-line appliances and designer fabrics along with beautifully finished cherry woods and high-end hardware. Power options have been chosen to provide excellent economy with right balance of speed and performance. Twin diesels from 700 to 825 HP will be available from the leading engine manufacturers.
