WALKTHROUGH

MAGIC (Name Reserved) is a classic design with an aft master stateroom and VIP guest stateroom forward. Additionally, there is an office that converts to a 3rd stateroom with single berth. Stepping aboard from either port or starboard amidships boarding gates, her wide non-skid sidedecks provide for easy exterior passage. She also has a custom reverse transom which adds length and a 6' cockpit which is great for line handling while docking. The large flybridge is accessed via a stairway next to the companionway door leading to the main salon.

You can enter the main salon from either the aft companionway door, or the starboard door adjacent to the lower helm station. To starboard, is a large "L" shaped settee and hi-lo coffee table. To port is the entertainment console with hide-away flat panel TV and associated tuners and stereo equipment.

The lower helm, located at the forward starboard end of the salon, has excellent visibility and contains the full array of controls and integrated electronics for navigating the yacht in any weather.

Port of the helm station is her fully equipped galley which is open to the salon allowing for an expansive entertainment area. The guest head with tub/shower is to starboard with the laundry area just ahead. The private VIP guest stateroom forward features a V-berth with filler cushion and plenty of storage.

The spacious private master stateroom aft features an island queen berth. There is a corner desk and chair, two hanging lockers, and a chest of drawers with flat panel TV above. The en suite head has a separate shower stall.
