Built in the Adriatic by the finest Italian craftsmen that one by one just love their jobs.

a De Cesari is 100 percent pure, 100 percent custom built for the happy few that not only can afford a De Cesari but moreover can enjoy the breathtaking beauty that she just is.

This 21.95 metre De Cesari carries the construction name 361 and is a rare find, not only because just all De Cesari's are one-off's but mainly because they tend to stay with their owner.

So this might be your lucky day to have the opportunity to own this exclusive true head turning yacht in a more than mint condition.

This 361 comes with some pleasant options like double Onan gen-sets of 11 and 7Kw, a full stainless hydraulic gangway, powerful bow- and stern thruster, full airconditioning and all other features you can wish for.

The construction started in 2001 and after around 2 years this 39 ton beauty was launched by the entire group of proud builders in the Adriatic place named Cervia. She remained near to the yard ever since. Stored inside all winters and kept in immaculate condition by her professional crew from the day of delivery.

The turbocharged, in-line, six-cylinder marine diesels are the perfect fit for the 20 metre yacht. The freshwater cooled oversized engines gives you superior acceleration and are very smooth and clean, with minimal to no exhaust smoke blowing out the stern.

Even with no trim-tabs applied, she planed with little effort. The bow stalled not a moment when the turbos kicked in and shot the 20m onto a plane. A slight touch of the MT-3 morse controls and you are rewarded with the super smooth transition that only Adriano and his son Paolo -the new master carpenter- can create. I found choppy waters churning up on the Adriatic but the bow entered the seaway softly and effortlessly. Her nearly 40 ton displacement helped provide a solid feel as I reached her top speed. Expect a comfortable cruising speed in the mid-20 knot range or the super elegant ‘mode' cruising speed of 10.5 knots with only 800rpm burning little to nothing in fuel.

Sound is kept in the engine room and out of the cockpit by the insulation that a De Cesari is known for. We stopped sound readings because it felt if our decibel meter needle was glued to the meters body...

The hull is designed with a fine entry forward that transitions into hard chines aft. The hull shape is deceiving. The mildly rounded stern gives the illusion of a soft chine aft, but the hard chine of the hull is carried aft. She tracks and turns well at slower speeds. The steering is fantastic and she backs easily, making docking in a tight slip fairly painless. Once docked the touch of a button sets your stern winches to work making a hard job easy.

Her hull is laid-up with the famous West system coating to keep water permanently out without any chance to infiltrate her solid wood. The paintwork itself is to be expected second to none, stunningly done with the world's best AwlGrip.

The deck hardware and layout demonstrate the Cervia, Italy, yard's experience. For more than fifty years, De Cesari has quietly built everything from commercial fishing boats to the models that make up the company's range today. The teak decks -the best nonslip there is- are ultra-wide and make going forward easy. No matter where you are on the side decks, there is a handhold within reach. The welds on the stainless steel are flawless; no rough seams between the stanchion and the railing. They are high enough to provide a secure passage. Forward, the stainless windlass sits on a raised platform serving a stainless-steel anchor roller with 50kg anchor and anchor wash plant. A remote panel is at the helm station and of course up front.

There are noticeable differences between the De Cesari and other brands. The yard manages to build impressive deck saloon, cockpit and helm spaces. To gain more space in the interior, De Cesari pushed the cabin aft, improving the area in the cockpit. The helm seat width is increased, providing enough space for a companion to ride alongside. Seating is straight and U-shaped which makes a comfortable seat for the owners and guests. When the table is set, an ideal perch for a meal is created. The forward windshield is made up of three panels and large wipers with extra duty wiper motors easily slap water aside. The line of sight while seated or standing is excellent. Going aft twin teak steps lead down to the huge teak grate swimming platform with double! ladders and chalks for a large dinghy are placed there as well. Spoken of dinghy the yacht also provides an on deck storage for your dinghy, or 2nd dinghy if desired. The mast is rigged with a full size electro winch dinghy lift!

Deck space and interior volume is the most noticeable difference between a De Cesari and any other brand. The immense beam of nearly six metres affords the space of a much larger vessel, complete with the amenities. Five steps down from the helm deck into the main saloon. An L-shape settee on the port side is large enough for lounging with the Sunday paper, delaying the trip back home while the boat tugs at her anchor. The galley is opposite and includes a four-burner induction HOB that can be powered on demand since you benefit of having twin Onan gen-sets. Furthermore you find a Corian countertop, a double deep sink and all appliances you would find at home.

A surprising feature on a boat this size is the owners cabin, far away from children and/or guests you find it nicely separated by the vessels engine room. Stepping in you have a cabin you would expect on a 25 metre plus yacht with a double centred in the cabin over her full width and behind all that you have a full beam bathroom ensuite with all facilities. Her immense aft houses 2 more twin cabins with of course a nice spacious head. The cabin for crew is also not forgotten on this 22 metre passage maker.

The finish of the Mahogany used and the boat's quality fabrics are far above average. This 361 De Cesari comes with good sun protection with an overall cockpit cover, breeze under and trough sun shades, a very good built bimini top and of course you get a good cockpit cover that closes it completely.

Never without a drop of water... Not only because you already have more than 2100 litres once filled up but also through her on board water-maker that keeps your tanks filled and if this all is not enough for you the De Cesari offers you a fixed shore water input connector.

Engine room

A true masterpiece is also her engine room, engineered to perfection. The twin 2866le405 11.9 litres are built to last with a max output at only 2200rpm!

€ 875.000,- is real money but considering the new price, her volume and state of absolute mint condition she even comes cheap.

She's well worth viewing!, comes fully serviced. Shipping worldwide.
