Construction
The hull, deck and superstructure will be of composite construction (Epoxy resin, E-glass with Carbon reinforcement and Gurit san foam corecell).The hull, deck and structure to be post-cured at high temperatures in a custom-built oven to elevate the TG of the resin.Both bottom shell and topside shell are framed by major transverse bulkheads, whilst the bottom shell is reinforced with a matrix of floors and longitudinal stringers, and the topsides shell by longitudinal stringers.
