Her 5' shoal draft is well suited to exploring the Chesapeake, while two private cabins and a spacious cockpit make her an appealing layout for couples and families. The distinctive B&R rig pairs a powerful mainsail with a manageable headsail, and the stainless steel cockpit arch carries the mainsheet traveler overhead. A walk-through transom makes access to the included 9' Bombard inflatable convenient. This boat benefits from a new mainsail in 2024, new dodger, Bimini and connector in 2026, and bottom paint in 2025. Her Yanmar diesel has been maintained by AR Diesel and has received a new exhaust elbow. Both mast-support struts were replaced within the past three years, and numerous service records are available aboard.*** Contact listing agent Seth Dunbar 410-913-8818 ***What distinguishes the Hunter 356B&R rig with no backstay - Swept spreaders and diagonal rigging support the mast, allowing a generous mainsail without interference from a backstay.Relatively small, approximately 110% headsail - Less sail to bring across during tacks than a large overlapping genoa—a practical benefit for a couple sailing together.Traveler mounted on the stainless cockpit arch - Keeps the traveler overhead and its controls near the helm, freeing cockpit space.Walk-through transom and boarding platform - Convenient access for swimming and boarding from the dinghy. Two private sleeping cabins - Separate forward and aft accommodations suit a couple with occasional guests.*** Contact listing agent Seth Dunbar 410-913-8818 *** It is offered as a convenience by this broker/dealer to its clients and is
