Water Bear is a spacious center cockpit version of Gary Mulls Freedom 45 design. Built in 1993 by Tillitson-Pearson Inc. (now TPI composites). On deck she boasts a deep secure cockpit with an electric harken halyard winch and an easy to access main traveler. Her decks are open and uncluttered with high stanchions and secure lifelines. Below decks you will be hard pressed to find a more spacious and accommodating interior on a 45' boat. Her large forward cabin opens to an enormous head with ensuite shower.
